Human Resources Business Partner

At FIGS, our people are critical to our success every day. We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) that will be a champion of FIGS values and culture. In this role, the HRBP will partner with our business leaders and team members, building strong teams across FIGS. This leader will provide strategic and tactical guidance on organizational development, assessing and anticipating departmental needs. The HRBP is a subject matter expert that will provide a fantastic experience to our cross-functional partners, drive retention, and provide a best-in-class people experience to all team members. This role will report into our Senior Director of Human Resources.

What You'll Do:

• Develop strong, trusting relationships with cross-functional partners and team members. Provide expert advice and guidance to managers and team members on all HR matters
• Understand the business as a trusted advisor. Develop an in-depth understanding of organizational goals and strategic priorities to identify organizational and talent opportunities. Develop potential solutions to further drive results and strengthen FIGS culture
• Proactively offer solutions regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution with insightful data to guide decision-making. Support leaders in solving complex HR issues, including employee relations, corrective action plans, and termination procedures
• Works closely with leaders and team members to partner most effectively, build morale, impact culture, and increase engagement, productivity, and retention
• Manage a full range of People Team duties including, but not limited to developing policies and procedures, helping oversee annual people processes (headcount budgeting and planning, organizational design, employee engagement, performance management, etc.).
• Utilizing Culture Amp data and People Dashboard, analyze trends and metrics in partnership with the People Team to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Assist with comprehensive listening strategy.
• Provide performance management guidance to leaders. Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues and conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to the day-to-day management of team members, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation and help answer day-to-day team member questions and ensure team members feel supported through a high service-level approach.
• Set the standards for integrity, ethics, values, engagement, and culture

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field of study.
• 6+ years of experience working as an HR Business Partner in a medium to large size multi-state company, with direct responsibility for supporting exempt and non-exempt team members
• Demonstrated competence in critical thinking and decision-making.
• Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships, influence, and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at one time.
• Understanding, empathetic and relatable.

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's base salary range is between $77,000 and $120,000. Actual base salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
