We are looking for a Project Manager Window Display Production (m/f/d)who is passionate about technical and commercial project management for seasonal window campaigns to strengthen our Global Store & Window Design Execution team. A highly motivated team of experts with flat hierarchies and who, of course, greatly enjoy their work is looking forward to you joining them in their area.

What you can expect:

• Timeline management from the end of the concept phase to the finished serial production
• The prototype phase incl. material sampling
• Budget management incl. project calculations to ensure define production budgets are met
• Preparation of tender documents in close collaboration with the purchasing department
• Supplier management and production control for the globally produced elements (wooden products, metal products, decoration materials)
• Creating of Excel Tools and analysis
• Preparation of guidelines for different project phases (i.e. internal process steps or installation guidelines for the locally managed window installations)
• Interface Management of internal departments and external partners including the communication with our global subsidiaries
• The projects are managed from the headquarter Metzingen. Traveling for production approvals and coordination with our subsidiaries, depending on the projects, approx. 15-20 days per year

Your profile:

• Bachelors or Masters in a relevant technical or economical degree course or similar education as well as 3+ years of professional experience
• Experience in the Project Lead of projects with complex interface management
• Profound know-how in „technical engineering" and production of elements in different materials
• Very good Excel skills and good general MS Office skills
• Passion for working in an international environment
• SAP knowledge is an advantage
• Fluent in English, German is an advantage
