Position Summary:
Primary Responsibilities:
Qualification:
- A position to manage and coordinate day-to-day operation related to vendor management. He/she will assist the team to do the analysis and product report covering all aspects of VM operations.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on requirements for different Supply team, CR , CR, QC and etc. to setup and revise Vendors/Factories that are consistent with the VM business process/ policy
- Perform some vendors/ factories related data input
- Coordinate documents received from Supply and progress for system setup across different systems such as ACS, IP, FMS, PLM etc. Ensure all the processes and the required documents are followed and submitted.
- Manage and follow up day-to-day operation issues related to VM
- Assist and coordinate any project related to the streamlining of VM business process
- Work with IT to maintain and review the factory status in the system semi-annually
- Assist to provide training if necessary
- Produce detailed report or data analysis covering all aspects of VM operations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification:
- University degree with 1 year of related work experience or post secondary degree with minimum of 3 years of related work experience.
- 4 years experience in working in Apparel or supply chain background (preferred)
- Experience and knowledge about PO, Sourcing, Vendor/ Factory Management system
- Experience and knowledge in vendor management process such as onboarding, termination, changes, analysis
- Good communication skill and ability to coordinate with different stakeholders across different regions
- Desire to work in a continuous improvement environment.
- Demonstrate ability to organize daily work and work independently
- Excellent MS Excel, Word and PPT skill
- Excellent oral and written English
