Now we are actively looking for a Logistics Supervisor to join our organization, who will be both in charge of Tommy Hilfiger and Calvin Klein brands.

The Position & Responsibilities;

The successful candidate will ensure on time and in full deliveries are made from the warehouse where he/she will be supporting & reporting directly to the Operations Director and manages a team of 2.

• Control and manage the all 3PL local logistics operations (warehousing, Inbound, outbound, reverse logistics and transportation) via a team of 2.
• Follow-up closely of 3PL's logistics operations in line with their capacities and targets.
• Responsible for the stock management at 3PL's warehouse.
• Utilize problem solving tools to determine root cause of inaccurate inventory
• Ensure all system (i.e; SAP, AXATA etc) related problems have been resolved.
• Be a key-user and an active team member for all the warehouse projects.
• Lead all the periodical counts at 3PL's warehouse and report the results.

Ideal Candidate:

• University degree preferably in Logistics, Engineering, S tatistics, Business Administration and similar departments
• 5+ years of relevant work experience especially in retail sector and logistics functions; having managed a small team before
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office
• Experience with SAP and HANA is a plus
• Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
• Analytical thinking, with solid numerical expression and result orientation
• Team player & problem sol
• Excellent communication skills on all fronts, as well as excellent interpersonal skills to ensure free flow of company logistics process
• Self-motivation, high energy level and passion for the job
• Ability to prioritize, multi-tasking and accomplish tasks on a timely manner
• Work independently and get things done with a proactive approach
