Position Summary:
The Global Value Chain (GVC) organization drives technology solutions for Tomorrows Value Chain.
Vendor Management Systems (VMS) Solution Team is one of the key technology team within GVC organization, leveraging multiple applications to support supply chain and corporate responsibilities business group to develop strategic and sustainability business capabilities to ensure seamless connection with suppliers and enhance consumer experience.
In this role within the VMS team, you will have the opportunity to coordinate with relevant business and IT partners to analyze business requirements, and provide resolutions for all business and IT associate issues in the area of Vendor Management, Manufacturing Production Management, Quality Assurance, Corporate Responsibilities and Traceability across all of PVHs brands and regions.
The technical analyst role will have requirement analytics, system design, development, configuration, and deployment experience in the application areas mentioned above. As the individual will also be responsible for production support, enhancement release planning and deployment of applications in the areas of responsibility, strong trouble shooting skills towards application issues, as well as the ability to collaborate with global technology team in different location is essential for the role.
Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
INTERNAL & EXTERNAL CONTACTS
Internal Contacts: Candidate will interact with various TPG/IT teams globally to understand business needs and transform into technical solution.
External Contacts: Candidate will interact with internal PVH Supply Chain associates and PVH IT supply chain partners who are authorized to use PVH Supply Chain systems in order to address system issues.
Candidate will interact with outside software vendors in an effort to evaluate their product offerings and/or resolve issues with software used by PVH internal users and external business partners.

Primary Responsibilities/Accountabilities Of The Job:
- To play an analyst and development role in existing Supply Chain and Corporate Responsibilities system enhancement projects
- To coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze business requirements, recommend appropriate system change, and design all data flow charts and diagrams got processes
- To design, develop and implement data interfaces required in the integration between various systems
- To continuously review and optimize existing systems to maintain optimum system performance and scalability
- To manage continuous enhancement of responsible applications and utilities to streamline existing operations and to meet the needs of the continuous changing business environment and global supply chain initiatives.
- To review and validate software vendor's technical specifications to ensure the right use of technology with optimum software design to fulfill PVH's needs and technology standard.
- To prepare system technical documentations, e.g. software specifications, data flow, database design, installation guides, user guidelines etc.
- To coordinate with all business and IT partners and analyze business requirements, recommend appropriate system change, and design all data flow charts and diagrams got processes
- To play an analyst and support role to ensure existing Supply Chain and Corporate Responsibilities system operation efficiencies.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper operation environment for system implementation and integration of computer application systems
- Involved in end-to-end testing to ensure that system solutions meet functional requirements with quality
- Application quality management, including bug fixes and performance management, to promote system usability and availability to business with minimal interruption
- Manage system change release planning and coordinate with global infrastructure and operation team for change release and deployment
- Continuous optimization of existing applications to achieve operation excellence, e.g. automation through appropriate tools and scripting, ensure software is up-to-date
- To be on call for critical production issues
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure proper operation environment for system implementation and integration of computer application systems
- To play an analyst role for new business solution evaluation and project implementation in supply chain and corporate responsibilities domain area
- To provide technical input during the out-of-the-box solution package evaluation process to ensure the solution being evaluated is consistent and compatible with PVH's software technology stack
- To review and inspect software vendor's technical specifications to ensure the right use of technology with optimum software design to fulfill PVH's needs
- To be the main technical contact with external software vendor partner during implementation and post-implementation technical support
- To provide technical input during the out-of-the-box solution package evaluation process to ensure the solution being evaluated is consistent and compatible with PVH's software technology stack

Education & Experience:
- Tertiary education level with strong computing background
- 5 years of relevant working experience in Supply Chain and Corporate Responsibilities related applications
- Proficient in various common database and web technologies including SQL, SSRS, javascript, java, XML, C#, ASP.NET Core, REST API and other web development related technologies
- Experience in Mulesoft is an added advantage
- Preferably in cloud computing platform and API e.g. AWS
- Familiar with WATERFALL and AGILE software methodology
- PMP / PRINCE 2 qualification is a plus
- Extensive experience in software development related to supply chain and corporate responsibilities systems
Skills:
- Good verbal and written English
- Fast learner with good analytical, problem solving, communication and presentation skill
- Good understanding of application development lift-cycle, good practices, quality management techniques etc.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to interact with both internal and external stakeholders independently and under pressure
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks in a time critical environment
