Job Details

Shrimps is a fashion label from London-based designer Hannah Weiland. Shrimps is credited with bringing faux fur to the luxury sphere and leading the conversation on cruelty free fashion. The label continues to evolve with the recent addition of homeware and bridal alongside their iconic seasonal beaded bags, faux fur and full RTW collections.

We are looking for a Wholesale & DTC Assistant to support the team with the flow of goods to our customers through our wholesale and ecommerce businesses. The successful candidate will be proactive and comfortable working in a fast paced and dynamic small team. The position is hybrid with three days in our West London office, and two working remotely.

 

Wholesale:

  • Account management – assisting in seasonal appointments and order fulfilment
  • Managing any delays and stock swaps
  • Linesheet sample coordination and build
  • Setting up global pricing on Zedonk
  • Seasonal order entry into Zedonk
  • Bridal and seasonal trade show assistance 

 

Ecommerce & Marketing:

  • Press & Influencer correspondence & send-outs
  • Farfetch shoot preparation and uploading stock
  • Implementing SEO terms on all products and content pages 
  • Uploading blog posts once a month
  • Implementing the live chat on web 
  • Adding tags and styling tips to the website
  • Monitoring third party product upload
  • Shopify – understanding of customer service and returns processes

 

Logistics:

  • Supporting with sample send outs 
  • Freight provider negotiation 
  • Managing supplier shipment docs and freight information
  • Liaising with the warehouse for both booking in stock and shipping out stock 
  • Co-ordinating yearly and seasonal stock takes
  • Co-ordinating repairs 
  • Yearly sample sale co-ordination and logistics
  • Booking in and monitoring stock levels on Zedonk

 

The person:

  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate Excel and Outlook knowledge
  • Canva or Powerpoint fluency
  • Zedonk experience preferred but not required
  • Fashion experience preferred but not required
  • Prior experience is not essential
