BASIC PURPOSE OF THE JOB
We are looking for a Licensing & Partnerships Specialist, who will join the Licensing & Partnerships office at Zegna, Luxury Menswear Company.
This role will give you involvement in some exciting new projects and the opportunity to work in a supportive and motivated team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
We are looking for a Licensing & Partnerships Specialist, who will join the Licensing & Partnerships office at Zegna, Luxury Menswear Company.
This role will give you involvement in some exciting new projects and the opportunity to work in a supportive and motivated team.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work with the team to design and execute projects that are strategic to create a deep connection with the brand
- Collaborate with different functions to design and execute key projects, both at operational and strategic level
- Work on the collection development at 360', from briefing and ideation to the go to market strategic planning
- Collaborate with the communication, e-commerce, and consumer experience teams to deliver an exciting and consistent narrative of the brand
- Analyse sales, market, and clients to define the best strategies to drive business growth
- Drive independent optimisation plans through analysis of data sets
- Be responsible for day-to-day tracking of the projects and the related activities
- Ensure a constant master data, pricing, and internal platforms update
- Coordinate with customer service department to ensure orders fulfilment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple processes simultaneously
- Self-starter, pro-active and determined, with a strong propensity for action and results
- Ability to transform ideas and projects in actual business opportunities
- Professional knowledge of Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical skills
- Ready to work in a competitive environment
- At least 2-3 years experience in Luxury brands, previous experience in Eyewear sector as a plus
- Master's degree in Economics, Business, Management or similar
- Fluent in Italian and English, other languages are a plus
