The Human Resources and Finance departments of HUGO BOSS are looking for their future HR Controller Western Europe on a permanent contract. Maybe you ?

As HR Controller HUB, you will be responsible for the follow-up and management of the payroll in order to optimize the financial costs related to the HR policy of the different countries that make up the Western Europe Hub (France, Spain, Portugal, Italy, Benelux, Greece and Turkey).

What you can expect:

  • Coordination of monthly closings and analyses of headcount, personnel costs and main KPIs in conjunction with the Finance teams Provide management with a Bridge Payroll to explain variances versus LY / BUD / Last Forecast by market and consolidated vision (in FTE / HC / payroll)
  • Construction and consolidation of budgets and forecasts, in conjunction with the Human Resources and Finance Market Managers (FTE / HC / payroll)
  • Analysis and ad hoc simulations of staffing levels and personnel costs
  • Proposal and implementation of tools, KPIs and monthly dashboards (payroll and workforce)
  • Support the deployment of tools dedicated to HR management control: reliability of data and information flows, maintenance of reference systems, and automation of dashboards and analyses
  • Interaction with the Finance Department to ensure alignment and consistency between HR tools and financial systems
  • Other ad hoc projects

Your profile:

BE YOUR OWN BOSS

You have a Master's degree in Finance or Human Resources and have 3 to 5 years' experience in a similar position.

You are recognized for your taste for figures and results analysis.

You are autonomous by nature and you are able to demonstrate adaptability and organization in your work.

You have a sense of confidentiality and good interpersonal skills.

An excellent command of English and French is required for this position.
