Job Details

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Creative Director to develop creative briefs and scope of projects across our seasonal campaigns, lookbooks, special projects and digital content.
  • Be responsible for the production of internal and external shoots from ideation to delivery, adhering to budgets and timelines.
  • Facilitate logistics for shoots including booking crew, equipment, location and transport.
  • Set and agree schedules for post-production so assets are delivered on time.
  • Assist with in-house photography - prepping product, arranging studio and packing down equipment once completed.
  • Collaborate with the Communications and E-commerce teams on the development and co-ordination of social media campaigns.
  • Manage and monitor budgets across all shoots to ensure that each project stays on track and flag when unexpected costs arise
  • Liaise with third-party vendors and the Finance team to process invoices and payments promptly
  • Develop and maintain relationships with talent, creative, production agencies, studios and freelancers.
  • Create and manage digital filing system so that all team members have easy access to all assets

Ideal Candidate

  • Bachelor’s degree in Photography, Graphic DesignFashion Communications or related field.
  • Must be proficient in Illustrator and Photoshop.
  • Experience in working across various multimedia projects and creating social media strategies.
  • An understanding of photo studio production and equipment, lighting techniques and photography skills.
  • An interest in, and knowledge of the story of Billionaire Boys Club / ICECREAM and the importance of brand identity.
  • Ability to multi-task working across multiple projects, in various phases, and effectively prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • A problem solver with strong organisational skills, anticipating issues and quick to react when they do arise.
  • Initiative is key, being able to work under direction as part of a team as well as self-sufficiently on assigned tasks.
