Intern PR & Communication - Southern Europe

The intern will be part of Tiffany & Co. PR & Communication Team in Milan-headquarter and will have the possibility to support the activities of the department.

Key Accountabilities:

• Data analysis for preparation of daily, weekly and monthly reports and sharing of the same through company tools
• Analysis of the activities of competitor brands through web, social and print channels
• Power Point elaboration for the presentation of new projects related to Italy and Spain cluster
• Translation of press releases (to support press agency and translator)
• Support the selection of jewels for PR activities, shootings, events...
  Management of procedures about the use of jewelry for PR activities (collaboration with the operations team, boutique team, security check), management of the necessary documentation, drafting of reports at the end of the activities
• Coordination with Finance department for supplier management, budget and internal procedures
• Archive management
• Collaboration with other headquarter departments and stores.

Requirements:

• Bachelor or Master degree in related field
• Previous professional experiences in this field will be considered a plus
• Fluent in Italian and English
• Communication and relational skills flexibility and adaptability

• Availability to start the internship as of April 2023
• Duration: 6 months
• Full-time internship (40 hours a week)
