The Setter 1 will participate in a ten (10) week setter training program to develop the skills and fundamentals to produce non-complex precious jewelry using materials and instructions supplied by Tiffany & Co. to meet production and quality standards per level 1 specifications.  Perform duties associated with the manufacture of non-complex precious jewelry primarily working on different types of stone setting techniques using diamonds and precious metals. Training is Monday through Friday first shift, with the opportunity for overtime depending on production demand.

Work safely at all times by consistently following safe work procedures for jewelers, as well as all safety procedures required at your worksite. Promote safety by making suggestions for improvement and promptly reporting all incidents and safety issues to your team leader.
  • Training classes are ongoing with regularly scheduled sessions
  • Command of communication - Written and Spoken
  • Appropriate hand dexterity as indicated by bench assessment
  • Ability to follow directions
  • Ability to sit for long hours
  • High school diploma or GED
