As our Digital business continues to grow, we are offering a rare opportunity for a Performance Media Specialist who is striving for a career in innovation and excellence.

Based at our Sydney Head office and reporting to the eCommerce Lead of the Australia and New Zealand market, this role will be responsible for driving qualified clients to Tiffany.com.au with a focus on Performance Media, including Paid and Organic Search.

This role will work closely with Global, Communications and local agency teams to ensure all traffic driving initiatives build brand equity and enable conversion online, or in-store.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations and performance of a portfolio of Search accounts across Australia & New Zealand.
  • Effectively manage investment and performance targets through on-going tracking, forecasting and reporting.
  • Develop a holistic Search strategy, inclusive of Paid & Organic channels, and support media planning cycles.
  • Collaborate on the design of website experiments to improve Paid Search client journey and conversion rates.
  • Conduct in-depth traffic analysis and research to generate insights and identify new opportunities for growth beyond Search.
  • Collaborate with Google and other technology partners to stay up-to-date with new features and industry trends.
  • Share Search learnings across the business including leadership at a local and global level.

  • Previous in-depth experience managing Google Ads and other Search platforms.
