Data Analytics Manager will be responsible for providing insights and recommendations for both owned platforms (mainly .COM) and client data for the full omnichannel journey, to drive and inform omnichannel strategies and tactics in Korea. He/ She will use our Google platforms, client database, Salesforce and relevant analytics tools, and will collaborate with the Data Analytics community globally.

The role will require leading in all reporting and analysis to identify areas of improvement and provide actionable insights to enhance client's Tiffany experience and business performance on our owned platforms. In addition, the role will be accountable for supporting development, implementation, and maintenance of omnichannel capabilities.
