Responsibilities for fashion marketing director/manager:

Definition, elaboration and support of the marketing strategy plan (by proposing pitches and presentations on our models/talents)

Implementation of action plans

Bring marketing solutions to life in a compelling pitch deck that strongly articulates the reason for and benefit of the proposed strategy

Think outside the box and develop custom solutions to clients in collaboration with agent

Attend and confidently contribute to client meetings for a wide array of client

Grow Client portfolio and expertise, sharing knowledge and best practices across the team

Work with agents to develop talents and set up key marketing campaigns via presentations

Manage day to day requests from agents/management
