Position Overview
Responsible for execution of strategic sourcing and category management activities for assigned spend categories of Facilities, Human Resources & Supply Chain. As a part of RLC's Strategic Sourcing team, Analyst will lead facilitating requirements gathering, conducting research and data analysis to facilitate the implementation of value creation opportunities. Analyst interacts and works closely with project teams and manages day to day activities for assigned projects and initiatives. Reports to the Manager, Strategic Sourcing. Experience in analysis, sourcing & procurement for the Facilities, Human Resources & Supply Chain categories as well as a desire to learn are essential.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Develop category strategy and approach in accordance with overall strategy of Global Procurement including:
* Development of Category-Specific Strategies with focus on Facilities, Human Resources & Supply Chain
* Development of Key Stakeholder Relationships
* Aligning category strategy to stakeholder prioritization and developing category roadmap
* Prioritization and Planning of Strategic Sourcing Initiatives
* Identification of Global vs Region-Specific Opportunities
* Management of Project Timelines
* Lead execution of Strategic Sourcing events in accordance with Ralph Lauren sourcing methodology including:
* Development of Project Baselines and Spend Profiles
* Development of Industry & Vendor Profiles
* Development of RF(x) Documents
* Prepare and Lead Vendor Negotiations
* Development and Implementation of Supply Agreements
* Provide support for Global Procurement initiatives as required:
* Spend Analytics and Assessment
* Procurement Performance Reporting and Savings
* Procurement Policy and Process Compliance
* Coordination of Financial Capture of Sourcing Outcomes
* Supplier Relationship Management

* Advanced Microsoft Office Suite--Word, Excel, PowerPoint (Project a plus) Experience/Education:
* Bachelor's Degree in business, or a related field preferred
* 3+ years of experience in Strategic Sourcing, Project Management, Financial Analysis / Reporting, and Contract Management
* 2+ years of category-specific Strategic Sourcing experience Store Facilities, Human Resources & Supply Chain
* Experience leading RF(x) events required - experience with Workday Strategic Sourcing (Scout) e-sourcing an asset
* Professional certifications are an asset (APICS, CPIM, NAPM etc.)
* ERP knowledge preferred; SAP experience an asset
