Essential Duties & Responsibilities
CUALES SON LAS RESPONSABILIDADES DEL PUESTO Desarrollo del negocio
* Consolidar el mensaje y la imagen de la marca para mejorar la relación con el cliente
* Brindar una experiencia de venta excepcional al cliente para tener un impacto significativo en los resultados de ventas de la tienda
* Maximizar el potencial de todas las categorías de productos a través de Storytelling y fomentar las sinergias entre ellas Embajador de Ralph Lauren
* Dar soporte a los managers para crear un ambiente de trabajo inclusivo con una mentalidad donde el cliente es lo primero
* Dar soporte al equipo, en ausencia de los managers, a través de los KPIs, para conseguir los objetivos de venta y la rentabilidad de la tienda
* Dar soporte a los managers en el desarrollo del equipo en cuanto a conocimiento del producto y cultura de venta Operaciones
* Experto en los sistemas y procedimientos de Ralph Lauren, gestión de caja y capacidad para interpretar informes comerciales clave para obtener los resultados
* Mantener y desarrollar los estándares operacionales y visuales de la marca
* Coordinar y apoyar iniciativas de marketing y cambios de precios
