Position Overview
We are looking for a smart and passionate Inbound Transportation Associate to join the Ralph Lauren EMEA Transportation team. The successful candidate will monitor Ocean, Air & Ground shipments from vendors and will act as point of contact for the various inbound partners, from freight forwarders to the Distribution Center Operations

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Follow up shipments from vendor departure to Distribution Center delivery including ensuring shipments depart on time, track in-transit milestones, confirm delivery and approve related freight cost. Ensure systems - both RL and Customs - are reflecting the most updated information and work with our partners to resolve possible technical transmission problems. Work with Customs to ensure proper documentation is received, ensure it is complete and correct and manage possible issues. Work closely with external and internal partners such as carriers, freight forwarders, buyers, global transportation team etc. Data accuracy review System data update Exceptions management & communication KPI reporting

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
A good knowledge of the English language is required A good knowledge of Microsoft Office in particular Excell We are looking for a collaborative, responsible and dedicated person with good communication and teamwork skills 1-2 years' experience in supply chain and logistics is required
