Primary Purpose: Review of new & existing customers to reduce risk.
- Review creditworthiness of new and existing customers/vendors by analyzing financials, payment history and credit ratings. Arrange prepayment, letters of credit or credit insurance for customers that don't qualify for open credit. Alert Credit Manager about accounts with deteriorating credit condition. Partner with all internal business departments involved in this process.
- Assist Credit Manager with developing Credit best practices and work with auditors reviewing those processes.
- Assist Credit Manager with the Insurance renewal process.
- Review and release blocked orders on a daily basis.
- Assist on the SAP upgrade happening in 2023 for credit related functions.
- WPS 3rd party collection partner: daily monitoring of WPS customers (approx. 400) and their payments/deductions. Address any issues/questions with them directly.
- AR aging monitoring/Chargeback aging/ Reporting.
- Perform journal entries on an ad-hoc basis throughout the month.

- In-depth knowledge of financial analysis, credit practices and collections.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and ERP systems (preferably SAP)
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and efficiently manage time
- Expertise in customer service and client communication
