Overview

The Global Site Merchandising & Operations Coordinator will partner with the Manager to set the site merchandising strategy and deliver a best-in-class product discovery and experience across global Tiffany sites, aligned with company and digital KPIs.

They will be responsible for timely product launches on global sites and ongoing product data management. Additionally, they will be responsible for compelling product discovery curation and content to inspire clients with more relevant product selections and drive desirability.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for upload of copy and photography for product detail pages.
  • Execute product set-up process (attribution, data enrichment, categorization, etc.) in eCommerce PIM.
  • Perform QA checks on product details and imagery prior to go-live.
  • Accountable for timely product launches in accordance with product launch dates.
  • Optimize browse grid performance through sequencing products.
  • Perform competitive research and trends to inform merchandising strategies.
  • Identify optimization opportunities through ad-hoc reporting of site behavior.
  • Support digital team as needed through operations management and/or special projects.

Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of work experience in e-commerce and/or website merchandising
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, partnership and influence management skills
  • Excellent judgement to drive business performance
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Detail-oriented, self-starter and agile
  • Collaborative team-player
  • Analytical and critical thinking combined with operational excellence
  • Excellent time-management and organization skills to manage multiple projects and tight timelines
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment with constant changes
  • Infectious energy for building best in class, client centric e-commerce experiences

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with global and regional teams, IT, marketing disciplines, and vendors/consultants
  • Experience with web management tools
  • Experience with web analytics tools, such as Content Square, Adobe Analytics, & Google Analytics
