The Creative Director will be a confident and highly motivated individual with a strong work ethic, willing to regularly go that extra mile to ensure we always deliver. Someone who has a strong attention to detail and ability to balance multiple workstreams, tasks, and deliverables. A leader who assumes responsibility and enjoys being accountable for their work with a proven ability to creatively solve problems through negotiation, tact and diplomacy.

 

This role requires someone who will work with the team, where sharing knowledge and experience is second nature in order to grow together. You will bring energy, passion and optimism to your role and will ensure that you and those around you are motivated and enjoy working together.

  • As Creative Director for the Rose Inc brand you act as the aesthetic gate keeper for the visual output of the brand.
  • Lead and collaborate with strategy & creative teams to develop considered and effective creative approaches based on current cultural insights and a good understanding of the consumer & brand.
  • You will set the direction for all 360 campaigns, ensuring the deliverables and visual direction is met. Helping to create and oversee production across multiple disciplines, including brand identity development, integrated marketing campaigns, packaging, retail merchandising, events, photography and video production, and social media. 
  • This is a role for a creative with experience in the beauty/fashion/arts sector who can execute across multiple disciplines that require a high level of craft, collaboration, and strategic thinking.
  • This role requires solid experience directing both stills and video on set, and ideally a strong understanding or background within the luxury beauty genre.  You are the point person to ensure consistency and quality.
  • Understand and contribute to Rose Inc’s business objectives, taking responsibility for helping deliver them and progressing the Rose Inc brand.
  • Work with the leadership team to develop, assess, and implement initiatives that improve the work and culture of the company.
  • You thrive in ambiguity and autonomy in an extremely fast-faced environment with many priorities and deadlines.
  • This is a very fast paced but satisfying role which requires someone to be a nimble and creative thinker.
  • You live and breathe design, art, and culture with an eye for detail and a blend of creative and technical skills.
  • Must have experience in progressive management, that makes the team feel united and positive.
  • You will manage a team including art direction, copy, graphics, and packaging. You will work closely and collaboratively with the Senior Art Director in London across campaign and social related creative.
  • This role reports directly to the CEO of Rose Inc.
  • This role requires a confident and eloquent speaker, who will action feedback whilst having the confidence to question aesthetic asks where required.

 

Basic Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of design experience in branding/creative for print, packaging, and digital.
  • Experience in both print and web creative execution.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Good understanding use of Adobe Creative Suite : Photoshop, and Indesign.
  • Experience in the beauty/fashion/arts sector is a plus.
  • Must be able to effectively articulate vision, present and explain creative decisions/rationale to key stakeholders.
  • Strong conceptual skills, critical thinking, resourcefulness.
  • Ability to execute on all needed deliverables with minimal supervision; high level of accountability and follow through.
