Position Overview
The Senior ServiceNow Developer will be responsible for the development and administration of solutions within Ralph Lauren ServiceNow environments. The Senior developer will lead initiatives and work with both internal and external resources to design, implement, test, document, and deploy enhancements, fixes, upgrades and configuration changes needed to support the enterprise.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Successfully plan, execute, monitor, support, and complete technical tasks related to configuration and implementation of all aspects of the ServiceNow platform.
* Provide software coding and customization including, but not limited to screen modifications, workflow administration, report setup, data imports, scripting, third party software integrations, and custom application development
* Update and maintain a comprehensive testing protocol for ServiceNow instance upgrades with the purpose of certifying all applications for use after the upgrade completes.
* Coordinate and solve complex technical data issues, as well as identify deficiencies and provide solutions.
* Gather and document business requirements for new initiatives
* Create and maintain system design and operations documentation.
* Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to ensure system operation meets performance targets.
* Answer "how to" technical and application configuration questions.
* Complete other tasks as assigned.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Expertise level programming skills Hands on experience in Platform Upgrade Experience in Service Portal Development with Angular JS expertise System integration experience using web services and other web based technologies Such as XML, HTML, AJAX, CSS, HTTP, REST/SOAP 5+ Years experience with extending the ServiceNow schema to custom applications Experience with ServiceNow client and server-side Javascript and the ServiceNow APIs Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, Business Rules, JavaScript, SOAP, REST SSO-SAML Setup and Integration of ServiceNow to Other Applications Customizing ServiceNow using UI Pages, UI Macro & CMS using CSS, HTML, Jelly Understands technical and functional design requirements related to ServiceNow Experience presenting and conducting demo reviews with client stakeholders Applicants with coursework or certification in ServiceNow System Administration, ServiceNow Scripting, and/or ServiceNow Advanced Administration preferred ServiceNow developer certification or coursework/training a plus
