Your Role
As a member of the Corporate Tax Team, the Sr. Analyst is responsible for preparing and timely filing of multi-state sales and use tax returns and liaising with the outsourced property tax consultants.

Your Role
As a member of the Corporate Tax Team, the Sr. Analyst is responsible for preparing and timely filing of multi-state sales and use tax returns and liaising with the outsourced property tax consultants.
What You'll Do
- Preparing and timely filing multi-state sales, use tax returns, and monthly bad debt journal entries.
- Processing tax payments to the appropriate jurisdictions and monthly property tax funding requests.
- Reconciling sales and use tax accrual accounts and preparing journal entries.
- Responding to notices and inquiries from taxing authorities.
- Ensuring sales tax permits are current.
- Assisting operating areas with tax issues.
- Providing information to outside property tax consultants.
- Reviewing property tax appeal and audit recommendations.
- Other duties as assigned such as assisting with special projects as needed.
- Keeping current on sales and use tax legislation that may impact the company.
- Conducting multi-state tax research, understanding relevant issues, and providing analysis.
- Maintaining internal controls as required by Sarbanes Oxley.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Minimum three years of multi-state sales and use tax filing experience
- Property tax experience strongly preferred
- Strong tax research and analytical skills
- Experience with tax software. Vertex Indirect Tax Returns and Vertex O Series strongly preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Oracle
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Excel and Access
