Job Overview:

As the Creative Director for Snuggs, you will lead the creative vision for our period pants brand. You will be responsible for developing and executing creative strategies for communicating the Snuggs brand to customers through various channels. This includes overseeing the design, development, and production of all marketing and promotional materials and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that creative is aligned with the brand's goals and customer needs.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the creative vision for the Snuggs brand, ensuring that all creative materials are consistent with the brand's tone, style, and values.
  • Lead the design and development of all marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to website design, social media graphics, email campaigns, packaging, and in-store displays.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and customer service teams to develop customer personas and tailor creative messaging to target audiences.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure all creative materials align with brand goals and customer needs.
  • Manage and mentor a team of designers, copywriters, and other creative professionals, providing feedback and guidance to improve their skills and output.
  • Oversee the production process for all creative materials, ensuring that timelines and budgets are met, and materials meet quality standards.
  • Continuously monitor industry trends and developments, recommending creative strategies and innovations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external creative agencies and partners as needed.
  • Present creative concepts and materials to senior leadership and other stakeholders, explaining the strategic rationale behind creative decisions.
     

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the apparel or fashion industry
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating a range of creative projects, including digital and print design
  • Excellent leadership and mentoring skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of creative professionals
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
  • Knowledge of industry trends and best practices in creative design and marketing
  • Familiarity with design and project management software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and Asana
