Working within the PVH organization , the Director, Communications - Americas & CK Global directly supports the EVP People, PVH Americas & CK Global to lead strategic communications and planning for the Americas & CK Global function.

The role will lead HR Communications for the Americas region & CK Global and partner closely with Global Corporate Communications, Total Rewards, Talent Management, and the People Strategy and Planning teams. In addition, this role will act as the key point of contact for global HR partners within the larger organization.

The Director Communications plays an important role in supporting executive messaging and engagement for the EVP People, Americas and Americas HR Leadership team.

The role will report to the EVP of People, Americas & CK Global and will work very closely with PVH Global Corporate Communications.

Responsibilities:
  • Leads the overall HR communications strategy for the Americas region & CK Global, driving the transformation agenda, amplifying people initiatives across key milestones moments and cultivating a culture that builds a talent first mindset, inclusion & belonging, and community
  • Partners with Americas HR leaders to articulate their strategies and connect their goals to actionable communications tactics, aligning messaging and materials with the company's overall priorities
  • Recommends and supports EVP People with creative channels of communication and engagement opportunities across the region and within the HR community
  • Maintains the Americas HR email and editorial communications calendar in partnership with the Global Corporate Communications team
  • Acts as a point of connection between the internal communications, content, corporate branding and editorial teams within the broader PVH Communications function, and key point of contact for other communications partners within the larger organization
  • Manages sensitive and at times confidential information in a fast-paced environment with care and attention to detail
  • Ensures all stakeholder needs are considered in the planning and execution of communications strategies


Qualifications:
  • 8-10 years' experience in communications or strategy roles
  • BA, Communications or related field
  • Strong writer, project management skills, executive presence, prior transformation/change management experience a plus
  • Self-motivated strategic thinker with strong time management and prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication (oral and written) and consulting skills are required. The ability to develop relationships and influence at all levels within the organization is required.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs; proactive approach and sense of urgency, a must

Pay Range: $128,500 - $145,000
PVH currently provides base salary ranges for all positions-on job advertisements-in the United States based on local requirements. These ranges are based on what PVH reasonably believes that it will pay an associate for their base salary for said position at the time of the posting. Individual compensation will ultimately be determined based on a variety of relevant factors including but-not limited to qualifications, geographic location and other relevant skills.
