Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Offrir une expérience client d'exception pour stimuler les ventes
* Savoir mettre en avant les produits à travers le storytelling de la Maison
* Fournir des feedbacks aux managers sur les produits et les clients
* Communiquer avec l'équipe pour assurer un service client d'excellence Ambassadeur de la marque Ralph Lauren
* Dynamiser les ventes en veillant à maintenir un service client et une image du magasin irréprochable
* Incarner les valeurs et l'esprit de Ralph Lauren
* Soutenir le(s) manager(s) en développant la connaissance produits de l'équipe Opérations
* Etre un expert des procédures de la Maison afin de maximiser les ventes et construire un portefeuille client
* Respecter les directives du visuel merchandising et les procédures de la Maison
* Tenue du point de vente
