What you'll be doing

The Strategy function is part of the ISG business unit, which combines Intelligence, Strategy, and Growth functions. It supports Group management by defining Group's long-term vision and strategy and acts as a custodian of the strategic planning process.

As a Strategy Associate, part of the Strategy team, you will be helping the Group achieve its strategic ambition and strengthen its competitive advantages in an ever-changing and challenging environment. You will be serving as an "internal consultant" supporting business unit strategies and selecting strategic projects through leadership and advisory.

The Strategy Associate role is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about taking part in the Group's strategic planning and medium- to long-term development, supporting the formulation and implementation of the major goals and initiatives taken by the Group's top management.

On Group level

- Participate in defining the Group's long-term vision and strategy.
- Support the determination of the strategic 3-year plan and identify key requirements to drive its execution.
- Perform financial and business analysis of the Group's operational and strategic performance.

For our business units and brands

- Act as an "internal consulting" support for the delivery of strategic projects for the Group's different business units and brands (in beauty, fashion, homeware and new categories).
- Work with BU/brand teams to support developing strategic avenues.
- Support relevant projects by generating business analysis in line with findings, strategic thinking, and in-depth understanding of our luxury markets.
- Conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis of data, including financial modelling, and contributing to elements such as feasibility studies, market analysis, benchmarking, etc.
- Liaise and collaborate closely with the Strategic Insights team to leverage market insights and data.
- Interpret and synthesize data, challenge data, and identify meaningful insights to develop recommendations that most effectively support projects.
- Support in the creation of presentations and reports.

- Keep up to date with current trends in the luxury industry from the region and across the world.

What you'll need to succeed

- You have experience in working in one of the top strategy consulting firms (at least 1 year).
- You have the ability to understand and interpret market research and data analysis.
- You possess strong analytical skills (incl. financial modelling in Excel) with an eye for details.
- You have the ability to develop hypotheses and challenge the status quo.
- You are a strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial and experimental spirit.
- You are a team player with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- You are organized, creative, and resourceful.
- You have a degree in Business Administration or any related field (e.g Management, Finance).
