Job Summary:

Inventory Control Team Leads are responsible for completing the following tasks:
  • Remaining fully aware of department goals by monitoring reports distributed by Supervisor
  • Ensuring that work assignments flow according to Priority, Back-Order, and FIFO strategy
  • Planning workflow of team members as needed
  • Assisting all IC/QA team members
  • Ensuring team associates follow proper procedures
  • Maintaining excellent cross-functional and interdepartmental communication
  • Assisting and supporting Director, Manager, and Supervisor on special projects as needed
  • Partner with various departments to resolve Inventory issues
  • Ability to navigate and resolve problems through the warehouse computer system
  • Other tasks as required to meet team goals

Requirements
  • Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite capability
  • Previous lead, supervisory or management experience and/or previous experience achieving results through others
  • Advanced problem-solving experience
  • Excellent, timely, and professional interpersonal communication skills


Essential Physical Requirements
  • May require some pushing, pulling, bending, stooping, kneeling, and lifting up to 50lbs in a warehouse environment
