The mission of the Omni-channel Analytics team is to create a center of excellence for our analytical data talent across the full scope of our offerings and interactions with our client base. The Global Business Intelligence Analyst will play a significant role within the Global Omnichannel Team. They will combine both analytical and technical expertise to transform data into actionable intelligence for our Sr. Leadership teams and create solutions that are simple and sustainable. As part of the Omnichannel Analytics team, this role will interface with Sr. Leadership teams, external vendor partners, as well as IT to align our day to day analysis efforts with the long term strategic initiatives. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, they will help analyze our global retail network to identify performance highlights and opportunities across our various Key Performance Indicators and enable Retail Excellence and store leadership to take meaningful action and drive future growth. Business Intelligence Analyst role is a combination of Analytics, Data Organization and Infrastructure, and Strategic Insights meant to shape the future of our Team and Company.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $107,440-$145,360. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.

Key Accountabilities:
Reporting & Analysis
- Define and produce Key Performance Indicators and insights that drive high performance, product roadmaps, optimize business strategies, generate revenue, and build competitive advantages
- Analyze sales, client, and performance data across multiple, large databases and present analytical results, insights, and recommendations to internal and external audiences to help inform decision-making
- Produce insightful, concise, and visually appealing data products that go beyond fact sharing and show the story behind the data
- Support the Omni-channel analytics team with self-service dashboards and automated reports to drive strategic objectives and track meaningful customer journey and store performance metrics
- Support the Global Retail Network through regular performance incentive reporting
Data Management & Process Improvement
- Collaborate with the core Omni-channel analytics team, IT, and other cross-functional leaders to activate Tiffany's data assets and promote data maturity, integrity, and governance across many regions and platforms
- Collaborate with global analytics teams to streamline reporting efforts and surface best practices to global teams for adoption
- Explore new and innovative ways to expand analytic capabilities to help Tiffany become a data-driven leader in the luxury market
- Contribute to the design and implementation of analytical and data visualization tools while streamlining data reporting and improving team processes
Vendor Management
- Regularly partner with outside vendors to help bring new products, tools, and analysis techniques to forefront
- Serve as a Tiffany subject matter expert on data to best guide collective efforts and delivery
Required Qualifications:
- College degree from Business/Engineering school
- Years of related work experience (3-5)
- Advanced knowledge in a related discipline (data analysis, data visualization, SQL, statistical tools, etc.)
- Familiarity with A/B testing, basic data science concepts such as precision, training, prediction …
- Business Acumen - You understand the operation of a major retailer with a focus on enhancing the client experience. Luxury retail experience appreciated.
- Strong analytical skills - attention to detail, ability to problem solve and make recommendations based on analysis
- Data Savviness - able to proactively investigate data, comfort with working with large databases
- Data Visualization skills with tools such as Power BI (preferred), Tableau, Google Data Studio or similar
- Ability to dig into details and find impactful insights
- Strong verbal and written communication skills - able to clearly tell the story behind the data and its resulting insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Sound decision making skills
- Ability to interact effectively with management
- Self-motivated with a strong drive for achievement
- Ability to prioritize and work in a highly dynamic, fast paced and team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency and familiarity with tools and technologies like Google Cloud Platform, SQL, SaaS data ingestion tools, Power BI, Tableau, SAP, Business Objects
- Knowledge of digital analytics ecosystem appreciated (Google or Adobe Analytics)
