We are looking for a wholesale sales executive to join our sales team on a permanent basis. The main responsibility will be building and developing strong relationships across wholesale partners and actively onboarding new customers. 


  • The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with prior wholesale experience and advanced Excel skills
  • English language skill is a must, and Italian and/or Turkish is a plus

Job Description:

  • Preparing Style & Sales Analysis for previous seasons for wholesale clients and share with the production team for pre-order
  • Presentation of the collection to the Wholesale buyers
  • Current market trends and retail prices analysis report preparations
  • Negotiating seasonal agreements with buyers
  • Sharing order confirmation with the production team after sales presentation and sending out official order confirmations when confirmed, requesting samples from production, and following up with them
  • Monitoring, suggesting stock swaps/stock for sales agreements
  • Planning and developing merchandising strategies that balance customers’ expectations and the company’s objectives
  • Wholesale feedback notes preparation and trend market research
  • Preparing brand and product training for  Wholesale clients
  • Analysing order book and in season stock & sell through reports based on customers reactions and market trends to anticipate product needs and plan product ranges/stock Attending yearly fashion week meetings and other events to meet the customers.
