DTC Buyer/Allocator

Description:

Stussy is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented DTC Buyer to join our team. As the DTC Buyer, you will support the Global DTC Buyer with the purchase and management of inventory for our chapters and our e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with the Global DTC Buyer and planning team to ensure that we have the right product assortment to meet our customer's needs while achieving sales, inventory, and margin goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Global DTC Buyer with the purchasing process, including purchase order creation, channel allocations, and size breaks.

Maintain and update purchase order logs, lineplan assortments, and additional spreadsheets to ensure accurate and timely information is available across all teams.

Communicate regularly to ensure all teams are up to date on product availability and delivery schedules.

Coordinate with the Retail teams to ensure that inventory is received, processed, and merchandised efficiently across all channels.

Monitor inventory levels and work with Global DTC Buyer to reorder products or recommend transfers.

Analyze sales data and customer feedback to identify product trends and new growth opportunities.

Preferred Qualifications:

4-6 years of experience.Excellent communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Highly proficient in Excel and Google Sheets; experience with purchasing software is a plus. Strong analytical and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
