Job Details

The HELIOT EMIL™ team is looking for a Merchandiser and Inventory Planner. Reporting to the Business Director you will be responsible for the merchandise planning including sales, forecasting, product buys, sell through and promotion planning. In addition, you will be responsible to manage the full product life cycle for DTC Channels, optimizing sales and stock opportunities, pre-season analysis, assortment and OTB planning

Desired skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ year experience working in a Merchandiser role 
  • Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Good skills in Excel
  • Understanding of the HELIOT EMIL aesthetic

 

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

  • Define merchandising objectives to anticipate and advise on needed product offer developments to support company revenue targets and other KPIs through sell-through, abc, and competitors´ analysis
  • Responsible for creating the collection framework before and after briefing to drive and closely monitor the collection development process
  • Responsible for collecting and transforming all relevant market feedbacks into commercial product requirements (including capsules and exclusives) through defined processes and seasonal alignment with key partners/sales teams
  • Responsible for the visual merchandise strategy
  • Responsible for pricing and positioning of dedicated product groups to ensure target margin objectives (both retail and wholesale)
  • Develop sales and gross margin analysis, providing clear analysis and reporting to management
  • Create financial demand, sales and OTB plans
  • Define OTB budgets and DTC product assortment for buying encompassing historic data and future business strategies
  • Review and update sales targets and define mark down strategy
  • Monitor flow of stock intake, take action to ensure allocation to all channels is optimized and in time for launches
  • Ensure team deliver the best ST% result, maximising full price sales
  • Organizing and conducting cycle counts and inventories and develop sales and stock reports
  • Reconcile of physical with system stock and analysis of stock-take/cycle count variances
  • Perform analyses (quantitative as well as qualitative) as needed
