LOGISTICS MANAGER

The HELIOT EMIL™ team is looking for a Logistics Manager. Reporting to the Business Director you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing the day-to-day operations of all transportation, logistics, and warehouse processes.

Desired skills and qualifications:

• 2+ year experience working in logistics
• Ability to work with tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment 
• Excellent organizational and analytical skills
• Good skills in Excel
• Understanding of the HELIOT EMIL aesthetic

Your tasks will include but will not be limited to:

• Manage and optimize the execution, direction and coordination of all logistics and transportation related activities, including in bound shipments
• Identify cost savings within logistics
• Manage entire shipping process(es) that impact(s) the transportation of goods to or from the company
• Guiding the daily transportation activities related to operational leaders to achieve productivity goals
• Perform administrative activities associated with the effective management of warehouse operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reports
• Being responsible for the management of stock and developing reports and analysis as needed
• Manage any assigned activity or project(s) related to managing expenses, minimizing loss, and maximizing revenue
• Manage entire import/freight forwarding processes for all shipments
• Identify and recommend optimal transportation modes, routing, and equipment
• Liaise with customs for shipment-related matters and identity process improvements
• Being responsible for all communication with our warehouse
