The role

We are looking for a talented Senior Head of design for our brand ROTATE, that will start as a maternity cover but will evolve to its own area of management. The candidate we are looking for needs to have previous experience of management in fashion industry, be a positive and inspiring team leader, and show strong capacity to coordinate and ensure on-time development of our collections with the highest quality expectations. The position will be reporting to the CEO, as a permanent new member of our creative team.

KEY TASKS

In close cooperation with our creative Directors, our Senior Head of will be leading the inspiration and design direction of the collections, together with the Creative Directors, to ensure the commercial growth of the brand. The Head of design is in charge of organizing its team tasks, efficiency and development to execute the brand vision and secure qualitative and on-time collections. 

CANDIDATE

• Minimum 7 years’ experience as a designer working in the fashion industry Possess high fashion aesthetics, creative vision and enthusiasm for innovation with an understanding of commerciality Drive the yearly and seasonal product strategies to reach business goals and ensure the commercial growth of the brand Is proactive, with excellent organizational and time management skills and the capacity to provide and identify solutions in a fast-paced environment. Has people management and leadership skills to structure, and capacity to develop and inspire the creative team. Has a positive mindset and is a great team player Strong skills in Adobe creative cloud, Illustrator and Photoshop
