The Director, CVM In-Store Production will manage Global Production and Sourcing for all in-store CVM assets including forms, signage, and decorative elements. The ideal candidate will identify and drive operational efficiencies through strategically partnering with cross functional teams. This individual will manage an effective production team supporting Global Production and Sourcing, and will oversee Global Vendor Management, including vendor relations, sourcing and procurement efforts for the Global CVM Group. The Director, CVM Production will uphold the highest standards of quality and execution for all in-store CVM assets, while identifying and producing cost savings within the CVM Group.

The hiring range for this position ranges from $144,670 - $204,240. The rate of pay offered will be dependent upon candidates' relevant skills and experience.

Global In-store Display Initiatives:
- Partner with cross-functional teams to develop strategy for CVM support/implementation of Global key initiatives.
- Work with leadership to ensure all work is delivered on budget, on time and to standards befitting a global luxury brand.
- Communicate with CVM regional teams regarding collateral needs and feedback.
- Consider Global Business needs and plan accordingly.
Special Projects:
- Partner closely with Design Teams to ensure a clear vision and path that is achievable from concept to execution.
- Maintain in-store production calendar and proactively share work back schedule for upcoming initiatives.
- Oversee end to end production of all physical assets required for special project initiatives and activations.
- Ensure visibility to progress, updates, and red flags for all Key Stakeholders.
New Store Openings:
- Manage timely fulfillment and shipping of assets for New Store Openings.
- Partner cross-functionally with Store Design, Store Planning, and Global Sales Operations Teams to adhere to established Operating Model for New Store Openings.
- Ensure correct creative campaign assets are allocated for store opening.
- Identify and drive operational efficiencies across Global CVM to generate further cost savings as it relates to distribution, kitting, ordering, storage, and logistics.
Required Qualifications-
- 10-15 years experience in merchandising, visual display or related areas.
- Luxury retail experience essential.
- Ability to lead and develop a team.
- Primary experience at creating compelling retail display.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively manage a complex process.
- Proactive, flexible, enthusiastic and strong interpersonal skills.
- Experience with cross-functional teams and proven ability to work with a variety of people and present ideas and information to group.
- Strong knowledge of vendor sources and craftspeople for materials, techniques, props and fulfillment.
- Technical knowledge with the ability to execute presentations using InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
