The Logistics Manager, South Asia Pacific, will lead the redesign and strengthening of our current regional logistics organization, from the increase of our e-commerce capabilities to the set-up of a regional hub to support our fast-growing retail network. The speed and quality of execution of our logistic operations are imperative in ensuring an elevated delivery experience for our e-commerce clients and prompt replenishment to our store network that will consequently support our business needs while driving inventory optimization. They will be also responsible to guarantee our compliance and monitor the cost of moving in and out of all Tiffany-operated countries in South Asia (including e-Commerce). They will help drive global projects so that they reflect local realities and work for end-users. The ideal candidate will have macro and micro view, be willing to roll up their sleeve to problem-solve, and more importantly, learn from the experience and proactively improve the process that led to such issues in the first place.

Responsibilities
Warehouse Operations
- Lead our project to set up a regional logistic hub in Singapore for stores replenishment and ecommerce
- Monitor warehouses activities to guarantee the best services and leadtime to our stores and clients
- Work closely with warehouse 3PL to improve our productivity and reliability while keeping a high inventory quality
- Partner with e-commerce team to improve client services and experience
- Adapt our warehouse processes to support the e-commerce growth (capacity, return, additional services)
- Create SOP for new activities
- Animate weekly meeting with warehouse team leaders to follow up on logistics projects and daily business
Strategic Supply Chain Efficiency
- Working across functions and geographies to build our South Asia Logistics from blueprint to implementation
- Developing business cases and project plans to work with Corporate on their implementation
- Improving the lead-time in a complex multi-country environment
- Collaborating with the Finance team to work on duties impacts on our P&L
Day-to-Day Supply Chain Efficiency
- Monitoring the approval processes for freight bills and invoices in Coupa, using the associated data to identify persistent shipment creation errors, expensive/problematic lanes etc.
- Work with our freight forwarder to monitor the lead time for store replenishment and ecommerce
- Partnering Merchandising, Learning and PR teams for high-profile jewelry movements, balancing the trade-off between duty cost and speed
- Partnering Creative and Store Development teams to unblock problematic shipments
Customs Compliance
- Lead any relevant certification application (like AEO, FTA)
- Organizing voluntary disclosures in a controlled manner, with minimal use of expensive legal /consulting resources
- Improving awareness of CITES, valuation, classification, and origin concepts among store operations
Qualifications
- 6-8 years of logistics and customs experience in multi-country environment. In-house experience is mandatory. Experience in 3PLs implementation and management for BtoB and BtoC.
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in leading large projects with tight timelines
- Deep understanding of Lean, project management and change management concepts
- Excellent IT skills, demonstrating a strong desire to "self-service" and learn new systems, rather than relying on others to extract data.
- Able to deal with uncertainty and make decisions based on best available info
- Strong interpersonal skills, with a genuine interest in working across cultures and pre-empting "lost-in-translation" situations.
