E-merchandising specialist

JOB PURPOSE

The E-merchandising specialist will be part of the E-Merchandising team, working closely with the E-merchandising Manager.

He/She will be in charge of the operational activities for the execution of the Omnichannel digital assortment strategy at global level. The candidate will cooperate in the catalogue management and product sorting, ensuring pages across Miumiu.com are strategically merchandised to support the brand communication strategy and to reach challenging business goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Setting up and updating the digital master catalogue WW, defining miumiu.com assortment
• Ensuring products are correctly classified and merchandised in order to optimize category performance and conversion rate inside the website
• Supporting in all the activities linked to the products go live process for miumiu.com, liaising directly with the photo studio to request and prioritize ecommerce assets
• Monitoring product delivery for selected categories and replenishment stock level for key items
• Reviewing the miumiu.com Europe product sorting/ranking on a weekly basis, making sure it reflects the seasonal merchandising /communication strategy and business needs
• Sharing visual guidelines with regional referents, to implement a coherent visual strategy globally
• Working close with the e-store referent to guarantee alignment between editorial components and product ranking, and with the newsletter team to ensure that the products featured in emails are correctly merchandised

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

Experience in a similar role (3+ years)

Understanding of luxury fashion

Strong team player, adaptable and flexible to changes

Capable to set priorities

Proactive, independent, responsible, creative and self-motivated

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power Point

Fluent in English
