Senior Operations Specialist

FIGS is looking for an 100% awesome, capable, experienced Inventory Specialist at our Century City retail store. The Inventory Specialist will be responsible for creating a memorable brand experience for customers by ensuring accurate inventory levels to reach the sales floor efficiently and effortlessly.

What you'll do:

• Ensure the FIGS brand and mission is being represented constantly
• Maintain and manage an accurate inventory level for the store
• Process all incoming and outgoing shipments
• Recognize and communicate and variances in inventory levels
• Process all returns and damaged items
• Communicate inventory, product performance needs to the store manager for replenishment needs
• Assist in unpacking boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs)
• Ensure all safety and security procedures are followed and communicate potential issues

Qualifications:

• 2+ years retail and inventory experience store
• Action oriented, driving for results and strong time management skills
• Unpack boxes for inventory as required (boxes can weigh 5 - 30 lbs)
• Strong oral and written communication skills and work well with numbers
• Ability to read and analyze inventory reports
• All employees are expected to be available to work "Black Friday" (the day after US Thanksgiving) and from the second week of December (the start of the second week in period 11) until the end of the holiday season, to be defined each year based in part on the time period guests are permitted to return holiday merchandise, on an annual basis

FIGS Compensation and Benefits

Pay Range

• At FIGS, your base salary is one part of your total compensation package. This role's hourly rate is between $20 and $24. Actual rate is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to your relevant skills, qualifications, and years of experience.
