YOUR TASKS

• Define Aeyde’s overall wholesale strategy as well as develop seasonal strategies for each market
• Build out Aeyde’s sales acquisition & internationalisation
• Strengthen Aeyde’s retail representation in the EU market (DACH, UK, Scandinavia)
• Drive entry into key markets such as US and Asia while leading negotiations in line with the company goals and connecting Aeyde with top tier stores and presenting the line during fashion market (Paris, NY etc.)
• Lead market preparations and showroom activities
• Lead and oversee the after sales process by managing and recruiting the future sales team
• Oversee sales support activities by aligning and negotiating marketing activities with B2B partners

YOUR PROFILE

• Extensive leadership experience in sales within the luxury fashion industry
• Experience in building out the distribution of an emerging brand
• International network of sales contacts within the fashion industry
• Understanding for Aeyde's aesthetics and suitable distribution partners
• Proven team management skills
• Proactive and efficient team player
• Excellent organisation, communication and project management skills
• Remote work is possible
