Job title:

Office Assistant Outline of Role: To be the main point of contact for employees, customers and clients. To manage and maintain the office environment for a smooth and efficient office.

Role Details 

• Main point of contact for all employees, customers and clients

• Manage office facilities

• Monitor and manage inboxes, faxes and post

• Screening telephone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately

• Efficiently resolve any customer queries

• High-level customer service to VIP clients

• Organising Company events and conferences

• Diary/calendar management and appointment making

• Provide all aspects of organisational and administrative support for the Company

• Ensuring all office stock is maintained and replenished as and when is needed including stationary and IT equipment

• Ensuring Health & Safety aspects are up to date

• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries

• Organise meetings, prepare letters, presentations and reports as and when necessary Turnbull & Asser

• Implementing and maintaining office administrative systems

Requirements: The ideal candidate will possess the following characteristics

• Professional, confident, calm and efficient

• Ability to work under pressure, multi-task and prioritise

• Problem solving without supervision

• Ability to troubleshoot and manage expectations

• Good writing, communication and representative skills

• Ability to interact with professionals at all levels and maintain relationships

• Good IT skills

• Excellent telephone manner, have a “can-do” attitude

Hours of Work: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm at Mayfair Head Office
