This position will be a part of Digital Experience and Enablement team and will help drive the long-term Messaging and Collaboration strategies. The focus for this role will be Assessing, planning, designing, testing, documenting and implementing M365 and other collaboration technologies.

Contribute as a core team member to multiple IT project teams in messaging and collaboration administration activities including maintenance, integration, system analysis, enhancement, and support.

In addition, this role will provide third-level escalation support for our global enterprise. Also responsible for overseeing the integrity and efficiency of the On-premise Microsoft Exchange environment, which is at the core of the company's communications activities. This position contributes to promotion of transformative collaboration initiatives leveraging Microsoft M365 technologies, such as Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to M365 migration and integration projects.
  • Contribute to the cloud-based collaboration strategy, while continuing to support and evolve on-premises infrastructure when appropriate.
  • Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution for messaging-related incidents and problems.
  • Troubleshoot mail send and receive connectors
  • Manage accepted domains and default address policies (SPF, DKIM and DNS)
  • Support team members in resolution of critical incidents, outages and assist with root cause analysis.
  • Engineer solutions which leverage messaging and collaboration tools, enabling internal customers to meet their business requirements.
  • Identify opportunities to automate and/or improve existing processes while adapting them to hybrid cloud topologies.
  • Continuously evaluate new offerings from Microsoft and other providers to evolve our collaboration capabilities.
  • Responsible for system management and systems of PVH Corp Microsoft Exchange systems. Exchange systems management includes configuration of MS Exchange, Security, Resource Monitoring and Reporting.
  • Provide Level 3 support. This includes being conversant with the future direction of systems, how that direction will impact the company, and how future and current systems can be exploited for the benefit of the company. Given the high level of technical leadership provided by the role, this person will also serve as a source of documentation and standards to help direct the activities of messaging and collaboration systems as a whole.
  • Will have proven and in depth practical experience supporting Microsoft Azure Office365 solution, including migrations to Azure Office365.
  • Experience configuring/operating and supporting Exchange 2016 in a Hybrid On-Premise/Cloud mode.
  • Have a deep understanding of Active Directory Federation Services in a large network across multiple geographies.


At least 10 years of MS Exchange experience. At least 5 years of experience of PowerShell scripting and Automation is required as well. Experience in creating meaningful scripts to monitor perform and automate systems processes. This includes experience with Windows server system internals. Experience with Exchange 2016, O365 and Azure Administration, OWA, Active Directory, DNS, Security Certificates, Mail routing/connectors, Mail Storage Databases, Spam/Phishing controls and techniques. AWS SES integration for third party marketing mailers.


Technical Degree Required. At least 2 of the following certificates preferred 365 Certified Security Administrator, 365 Certified Messaging Administrator, 365 Certified Teams Administrator, MCSA, MCSE

  • Will have proven and in depth practical experience supporting Microsoft Azure Office365 solution, including migrations to Azure Office365.
  • Experience configuring/operating and supporting Exchange 2016 in a Hybrid On-Premise/Cloud mode.
  • Have a deep understanding of Active Directory Federation Services in a large network across multiple geographies.
  • Provide Level 2/3 expertise, including troubleshooting and problem identification, to off-shore teams, and on-call support personnel.
  • Provide documentation and processes to offshore exchange teams.


  • Familiarity with Graph API
  • Broad experience with technologies in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Teams, Azure, Power Platform, OneDrive
  • Understanding of Microsoft 365 Multi-Geo concepts and Information Barriers
  • Knowledge of non-Microsoft perimeter email and security technologies (Exchange Edge Transport, Cisco IronPort, Proofpoint Email Encryption, Cisco AnyConnect, M365 conditional access)
  • Familiarity leveraging Microsoft M365 security technologies
  • Intune or other Certifications a plus
  • Experience with Anti-spy-ware solution
  • ITIL or formal Service management training
  • Any experience with Managed File transfer platform (Globalscape)
