For our Finance team we are looking for an Accounting & Compliance manager. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance administration and compliance of S&S Europe group and managing and coaching of the AP and GL team (6FTE).

For our Finance team we are looking for an Accounting & Compliance manager. In this role you will be responsible for the day-to-day finance administration and compliance of S&S Europe group and managing and coaching of the AP and GL team (6FTE).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the month-end close process and ensure accurate and timely reporting;
- Facilitate and manage timely annual statutory audits with external audit first and annual account preparations;
- Facilitate and manage timely periodic tax compliance, such as VAT and CIT;
- Develop and drive processes to streamline and improve the efficiency of the finance organization;
- Coach and inspire the GL and AP team.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor / University degree in Finance or related field;
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience;
- Proven knowledge of managing the closing process;
- Experience in managing annual audits and annual account preparations;
- Team management skills are a priority;
- Strong organizational skills and time management skills;
- Strong oral and written English essential;
- Positive attitude and hands-on mentality;
