What you'll be doing

- Conduct admin-related tasks such as coordination and execution
- Follow up with process owners regarding the completion of projects/tasks.
- Act as an additional point of contact/ support to Performance and Talent Management in KSA
- Support in project execution
- Support with additional ad-hoc HR projects under Talent and Performance Manager's guidance

Job Competencies:

- Strong interest in talent management and development.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
