Technician

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for communicating confirmation samples to manufacturers, liaising with manufacturers on corrective action before production and communicating these with PVH Far East Limited (the "Head Office"). Liaising and communicating with the manufacturers regarding production efficiency and correct production standards. An excellent knowledge of manufacturing processes and techniques is required to ensure corrective measures are accurately communicated to manufacturers for production and good quality footwear.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

- Assisting the Head Office of the Representative Office of PVH Far East Limited in Ho Chi Minh City (the "Representative Office") with the following:

• Complete sample evaluation report and communicate to the Head Office's business partners
  
• Ensure on-time approval of all styles
  
• Rectify any issues arising during sample evaluation
  
• Work with the Head Office's business partners to ensure correct manufacturing standards are adhered to, under the authorisation of the Head Office from time to time.
  

- Perform duties within the Representative Office's permitted activities and other assignments as allocated by the Representative Office from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience/Education:

• College degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing or related disciplines.
  
• Minimum 10 years in footwear manufacturing and development related role
  

Skills:

• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  
• Good MS Office Skills (Word and Excel)
