IT Business Technology Specialist

MISSION

We are currently recruiting an IT Business Technology Specialist. The selected candidate will support the Showrooms and Retail Stores, ensuring optimal service and roll-out projects level in collaboration with Technology Manager.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Collaborate with Technology Manager in the innovation roadmaps.

· Roll out Retail & Digital new technologies projects

· Work directly with engineers, contractors and vendors to solve critical and standard incidents and improve the process flow

· Second-level support and Ticket handling

· Monitor and respond to incoming requests related to Hardware and Software

· Maintain and optimize IT Asset Management and LifeCycle Management

· Running reports and analytics to ensure the environment is always up to date

ABOUT YOU

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Technology or engineering, either equivalent proven experience
  
• At least 3+ years experience in IT, Technology, preferably in a Retail environment
  
• Ability to manage hardware and software assets
  
• Proven capabilities to roll out technologies in the Retail & Digital environment
  
• Passionate about digital and Technology
  
• Good communication & relationship skills
  
• Problem-solving and fluency in English are a must
