Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- RELATIONS SOCIALES : Recensement et mise à jour des procédures internes Traduction de documents anglais/français Suivi de différents accords : réalisation de rapport et suivi des KPIs Participation au suivi des KPIs (turn over, absentéisme, démission...) Participation à la rédaction de courriers Participation à l'élaboration du Bilan Social Individuel Support des équipes P&D sur d'autres missions transverses.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
De formation Bac+3 minimum en Ressources Humaines (école de commerce, IAE, Université...), vous souhaitez bénéficier d'une expérience dans un service RH dynamique. Les relations sociales, l'accompagnement des équipes et les données chiffrées ne vous font pas peur. Vous possédez une excellente aisance relationnelle et savez faire preuve de rigueur, d'organisation et de proactivité. Anglais courant impératif. Maîtrise des outils informatiques, notamment Excel.
