UGG Key Account Manager – Antwerp/Amsterdam

The Role:

As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for all sales activities at top key accounts, for all genders and categories of the UGG brand within the Benelux region. You will collaborate closely with the UGG Head of Sales in Benelux. We are accepting applicants for both our Amsterdam and Antwerp locations.

Developing your account base and creating great relationships with business partners will be a key part in this role. This is a multi-lingual role requiring working proficiency in English and Dutch.

Your Impact:

  • Support the strategic partnerships with our key accounts across Benelux, setting objectives and goals for the region
  • Develop and maintain great working relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Build reports for all key accounts (forecasting, weekly sales) to ensure the delivery of an aligned dashboard for the team.
  • Act as the main point of contact for all external & internal communication with the Key Accounts, supported by the Head of Sales for Benelux
  • Care for the planning & allocation to ensure customer's needs are met
  • Collaborate with marketing team and the customer's marketing department to activate the brand strategy, offering support where needed
  • Measure & track success through KPI with aligned scorecards

We would Love to Hear from People with:

  • Previous experience in similar sales/wholesale role within the apparel/footwear industry
  • Previous experience working with Key Account customers is a plus
  • An understanding of, and passion for the fashion industry and the UGG brand journey
  • Proficiency in English and Dutch is a requirement for this role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Applications
  • Valid full driving license
