What you can expect:

Mannequin dressing and regular outfit rotations across all point of sales

Merchandising of DOS stores and Department stores in line with the brand guidelines

Creating floor plans and coming up with new initiatives to elevate the display

Conducting regular store visits to ensure the brand guidelines are followed across all the point of sales and providing VM training to the store teams

Communicating closely with store managers and teams to collect product related feedback about best and slow sellers

Implementation and supervision of the seasonal window display campaigns

Coordinating and planning installations and special VM activations with suppliers and supervising contractors during implementations

Participating in seasonal Model Stores and providing support in the needed arrangements

Initial set up of the new store openings including planning of the floor plans

Assisting with events and special marketing activations where VM support is required

Any other ad hoc tasks in line with the VM activities

Flexible to work late hours during specific defined moments in the year

Flexible to travel within the region to support all retail stores

Your profile:

Previous experience within a visual merchandising role

Creativity, Teamwork skills, Problem solving skills and ability to work under pressure

Creative person with good communicating skills and ability to liaise with people and build strong rapports

Strong problem solving and time-management skills
