Position Overview
EMPLOYER: Ralph Lauren Corporation TITLE: Senior Business Analyst, Digital Strategy & Business Development DUTIES: Develop and support implementation of the global digital strategy to elevate and energize the brand and win in digital. Lead research and analyze market trends, competitive landscape & digital innovations to assist with the development of strategic plans and thought leadership materials. Work closely with the Commercial, Marketing, and Digital teams across the personalization, mobile optimization, connected retail, market expansion, home and virtual economies streams to identify key digital trends and analyze business opportunities. Evaluate and develop a portfolio of business opportunities, projects, and innovations that will drive the digitization of consumer-facing solutions and experiences. Support Digital Leadership team in the development of detailed opportunity assessments & financial modeling to evaluate and inform business cases for digital capabilities. Understand business and customer needs to support capture, consolidate, and document feature requirements by leveraging interviews, requirements workshops, document analysis, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, and user stories. Create agendas and support the development of materials for Digital Streams Bi-monthly & Digital/Technology QGR meetings. Support Investor Relations and Board of Directors activities and initiatives. Work closely with colleagues across the company to identify opportunities to extend and enhance digital partnerships and platform capabilities. Establish and monitor KPI's to measure success and identify/implement performance-based improvements and new strategic initiatives. Hybrid / must come in to NY office 3 days per week. LOCATION: Ralph Lauren Corporation, 601 West 26th Street, New York, NY 10001. SALARY: $78,100 - $147,000/yr REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Management Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field and 1 year of experience in the position offered or related, including 1 year of experience with: understanding requirements and translating them to functional and technical specifications; working with mobile optimization; delivering frameworks, guidelines, and standards to create consistency across all channels; managing financial portfolio on cashflow or profit & loss statement basis; and Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote.
