Position Overview
The Senior Integration Analyst, HR Information Technology plays an integral role in the support of a global Workday HCM solution and integration landscape for Ralph Lauren. This person partners with the functional areas of the HR function as well as the business community, as needed, to provide and support innovative integration solutions. The Analyst supports the HR Information technology team leveraging prior knowledge of Workday integration technologies to align business needs with Workday best practices.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Applies Workday functional and technical experience to resolve production problems
* Develops new solutions for the Workday HCM solution and its integrations, as requested by HR users and other key business partners
* Prepares and maintains Workday integration specs and documentation
* Serves as a first line resource on Global support to troubleshoot issues with integrations, error management and notifications, etc

Experience, Skills & Knowledge
7+ years related work experience with a minimum of 5 years experience on Workday integration technologies.Workday certification is a Plus.
* Demonstrated experience and in-depth knowledge of Workday's various integration technologies including the following:
* Workday Studio integrations
* Payroll Integrations (PECI, PICOF)
* Experience with internet protocols, networks, and related technologies, including http, xml, XSLT style sheets, REST and Soap web services
* Programming in any high level language, SQL scripts and Java scripting is a plus
* Deep knowledge of service oriented architecture design principles and integration with an ERP solution
* A strong understanding of the HCM Business process framework
* Ability to build test plans and execute tests under the supervision of Application Development Manager
* Knowledge of ticket tool system (Sevice Now & Jira are desirable) to prioritize, manage service request
* Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills
* Critical thinking and analytical abilities is a must
