Position Overview
EMPLOYER: Ralph Lauren Corporation TITLE: Infrastructure Manager, Network DUTIES: Responsible for the day to day operations, service improvement and engineering for the RL Global Network. Work closely with Ralph Lauren IT partners and the network operations center (NOC) to ensure the global network is monitored and maintained. Perform complex network troubleshooting and configuration across various technology providers such as Cisco, CloudGenix, Palo Alto, Aruba, F5, Meraki, NetScout and SolarWinds. Manage IPAM globally and maintain DHCP. Develop network policies and configuration templates for switches, routers, wireless access points, load balancers, firewalls, and SD-WAN devices. Responsible for maintaining SLAs and driving technical problems to closure. Partner with and support Telephony and Video Conferencing teams to ensure a high-quality communications experience. Maintain and manage cabling standards of MDFs and IDFs across all corporate locations in the Metro area. Keep the network environment up to date and consistent on code releases. Support disaster recovery, data backup, business continuity, and information security programs from a network perspective. Responsible for ensuring bandwidth capacity planning, QoS, COS, circuit ordering and termination. LOCATION: Ralph Lauren Corporation, 100 Metro Boulevard, Nutley, NJ 07110 SALARY: $130,915 - $146,000/year REQUIREMENTS: Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information technology or closely related field and 5 years experience in enterprise-level network engineering. In the alternative, employer will accept Master's degree plus three years of experience. Requires 5 (or 3) years' experience: implementing global network projects; Cisco routing and switching background with dynamic routing protocols including BGP, OSPF, and EIGRP; implementing and maintaining network access control lists; creating and modifying rules on ASA and zone-based firewalls; AWS and Azure cloud computing environments ; vendor management; timely response to network outage notifications. Willingness to travel to multiple locations. Must lift and ship network equipment as needed. Part-time telecommuting permitted.
